SMART PRM

The result of the Intelligent Patient Relationship Management System project will be a technologically advanced solution that is comprehensively included in the focus area of Health and the sub-areas of Smart Integrated Healthcare and Care Systems and Digital Healthcare. The solution falls into the first sub-area through the development and implementation of a module for the implementation of online health consultations and the exchange of health data, which is in line with the principles of telemedicine.

The long-term purpose of the project is to establish a smart integrated healthcare system and develop solutions for telemedicine treatment. The service will comply with personal data protection standards, data exchange will be secure, patient privacy will be guaranteed. The achieved security and technological characteristics of the solution will enable the introduction of EHR (electronic medical records) for digital exchange and storage of patient data after the implementation of the project.
