Use, extent and purpose of storage and processing

We store and process personal data for the purposes of maintaining contact with customers, marketing information via e-mail, sales promotion, and general customer profiling with the aim of tailoring content and products to customers in e-mail and on websites (by geographical location).

When sending e-mails, we record impressions on the page of individuals of received messages and clicks on links in received messages. For a better and more targeted offer and the adjustment of further messages, we automatically process the recorded data, analyze, profile and assess the interest of our customers in the messages sent. We do not perform automated decision-making based on recorded data and created profiles.

When you visit a website, the web server of the hosting provider automatically saves the log files of the web server with data such as:

  • IP address of the user,

  • browser version

  • operating system version

  • and other system and network data.

Users of the website can send messages and questions to Applet doo via the contact form, which allows entering the name and surname, e-mail address, landline and mobile phone number, company, activity and job. The data are stored in the company's information system and on the hosting server of the Applet doo website

For the purpose of notification by e-mail, we keep:

  • E-mail address,

  • landline or mobile phone number,

  • name,

  • last name,

  • name of company, activity and job.

 

Personal data is collected with the express consent or. consent of individuals. Consents are kept together with their content and the content of the form with which they were obtained.

Upon revocation of an individual's consent, his or her personal data shall be deleted immediately, efficiently and permanently.

Should the above-mentioned purposes for which we store and process personal data cease to exist in our company, the databases whose purpose has ceased will be deleted efficiently and permanently immediately.

Data on the display of received messages and clicks on links in received messages are kept for another 12 months from the sending of the message.
